1. General terms and conditions.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) are a legal document binding on the parties, which sets out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for the purchase of goods and payment for them, the procedure for delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties and other provisions relating to the purchase of goods in the electronic store www.carplay.lt.

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms his/her acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered to be concluded from the moment when the Buyer, who has formed a shopping cart in the online store, indicated the delivery address, selected the payment method, read the Terms and Conditions, clicks on the “Buy” button.

2. Protection of personal data.

When ordering goods in the electronic shop www.carplay.lt, the buyer must provide the data requested at the time of purchase: name, surname, address and e-mail address.

The Buyer is responsible for providing the correct data at the time of purchase.

By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of the personal data provided for the purpose of the order. The Buyer also consents to receiving information notifications, necessary to fulfil the order, to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer.

The Buyer’s personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only if the Buyer himself/herself consents to this.

The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except when required by a competent public authority in the cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or by the Buyer’s separate written consent.

3. Buyer’s rights and obligations.

The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and to accept them.

To provide full, complete and correct information on the payment form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false or misleading information on the payment form, www.carplay.lt shall be entitled to cancel the Buyer’s registration and delete the data.

In the event of a change in the Buyer’s details provided on the purchase form, the Buyer must inform the Seller immediately.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale and purchase of goods, in accordance with the provisions set out in the Return Policy.

By placing an order in the electronic shop www.carplay.lt the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase and undertakes to comply with them and the provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Seller’s rights and obligations.

The Seller undertakes to provide all the conditions for the Buyer to make proper use of the services provided by the electronic shop www.carplay.lt.

If the Buyer attempts to undermine the stability and security of the e-shop or violates its obligations, the Seller shall have the right to restrict, suspend or terminate the Buyer’s access to the e-shop immediately and without notice.

The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy with regard to the personal information belonging to the Buyer, as indicated in the purchase form, and not to disclose it to third parties.

The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address indicated by the Buyer.

The Seller may, in the event of important circumstances, temporarily or permanently discontinue the operation of the e-shop without prior notice to the Buyer.

The Seller may unilaterally change the terms of these Terms and Conditions.

If the Buyer uses the services provided by www.carplay.lt after the change of these Terms and Conditions, the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the change of the Terms and Conditions.

5. Ordering of goods, prices, payment procedure, terms.

The Buyer may order goods at any time of the day or night, 7 days a week at www.carplay.lt. Orders are confirmed on the next working day.

All prices in the online shop are quoted in euros, including 0% VAT.

The invoice is issued at the time of purchase using the details provided in the e-shop and sent to the email address provided.

The Buyer undertakes to pay the order within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of order confirmation. The parcel will only start to be prepared once payment for the goods has been received.

If the Buyer fails to make payment within 3 (three) calendar days, the order shall be cancelled.

6. Delivery of Goods.

Once the order has been confirmed, the goods shall be dispatched within 1 working day to the address indicated. Once the goods have been dispatched, the buyer will receive a tracking number by registered email, which will be used to track the shipment on the parcel company’s website.

Delivery in Lithuania

For purchases of 40 EUR or more we will deliver the goods free of charge in Lithuania.

For purchases of less than 40eur, delivery in Lithuania costs 5eur.

In Lithuania, we deliver the goods by DPD, Venipak, Itella, Omniva parcel services, in the way you choose: home delivery or post office delivery.

Delivery can take from 1 to 4 working days, depending on the delivery method chosen and the buyer’s address.

If the parcel is delivered to Curonian Spit, an additional fee of € 30 per parcel will be charged.

Delivering goods in European Union countries

In European Union countries, we deliver goods to your home by DPD, DHL, FedEx within 5 working days of dispatch.

The delivery price in EU countries is 25 euros.

Receiving the goods

When collecting your goods, please be sure to inspect all packaging and boxes carefully. The packaging must not be damaged. If you notice that the boxes have arrived in an irregular condition – torn, dented, opened or otherwise physically damaged – you may not accept the shipment. If you do decide to accept a damaged parcel, insist that the acceptance and transfer of the parcel or the separate delivery note for the damaged packages describes exactly and in detail the condition in which the packages were delivered. In any case, when accepting the damaged packaging, unpack the parcel in front of the courier and visually inspect the condition of the goods. In case of damage, return the parcel to the courier or ask for a record of the damage.

We ship goods worldwide via FedEx or DHL express! Please contact for shipping cost before buying!

Note: Some customs clearance and/or import taxes may be required to pay when receiving ordered products in non-European Union countries.

9. Final Terms.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase are made in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.

These Rules are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disagreements arising from the execution of these Rules shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disagreements shall be settled in accordance with the procedure laid down by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
